Car Lemon Law Firm in Indiana

At HC Bradley LLC, we understand how frustrating and stressful it can be to find out that your newly purchased or leased vehicle is a lemon. You invested your hard-earned money into a car, expecting reliability and performance, only to be met with constant repairs, breakdowns, and dealership runarounds. Fortunately, Indiana’s lemon law is designed to protect consumers like you, and hiring an experienced lemon law firm can make all the difference in securing the compensation or replacement vehicle you deserve.

Understanding Indiana’s Lemon Law

Car Lemon Law FirmIndiana’s lemon law, also known as the Motor Vehicle Protection Act, protects consumers who have purchased or leased a defective vehicle that the manufacturer cannot seem to fix. The law covers new cars, trucks, and SUVs that experience substantial defects within 18 months of purchase or before reaching 18,000 miles. If a defect substantially impairs the vehicle’s use, value, or safety and the manufacturer has been unable to repair it after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

However, navigating the legal process to enforce your rights under the lemon law can be complex and time-consuming. That’s why hiring a specialized law firm like HC Bradley LLC is in your best interest. Call HC Bradley LLC today at (317) 564-5060 or fill out the form on this page and we will get back to you with more information.

The Benefits of Hiring a Car Lemon Law Firm

Many consumers believe they can handle a lemon law claim on their own, but the reality is that manufacturers and dealerships have teams of lawyers working to minimize their liability. Here’s why hiring a dedicated lemon law attorney can greatly benefit your case:

1. Expert Knowledge of Indiana’s Lemon Law

Lemon law cases involve specific legal requirements and timelines. One missed step or incomplete documentation can lead to a denial of your claim. At HC Bradley LLC, we have extensive knowledge of Indiana’s lemon law and know exactly how to build a strong case on your behalf.

2. Handling Complex Negotiations

Manufacturers and dealerships often try to avoid liability by offering minimal settlements or denying claims altogether. Our firm has experience negotiating with these companies to ensure our clients receive fair compensation, whether that’s a vehicle replacement, refund, or cash settlement.

3. Avoiding Costly Mistakes

Without legal guidance, you might accept a low-ball offer or unknowingly waive your rights by signing paperwork that benefits the manufacturer. We ensure that you understand your rights and that any agreement made is in your best interest.

4. Maximizing Compensation

Our goal is to secure the best possible outcome for you. Whether you qualify for a full refund, a replacement vehicle, or additional compensation for expenses related to your lemon, we fight to get you what you deserve.

5. No Upfront Costs

At HC Bradley LLC, we work on a contingency fee basis, meaning you don’t pay us unless we win your case. This ensures that you have access to top-tier legal representation without worrying about out-of-pocket costs.
