What Constitutes the Need for a Lemon Law Attorney in Indianapolis?

What many people fail to realize is that even if your vehicle has surpassed its warranty period, you could still have a valid lemon law claim. The determining factor is whether the defects manifested during the warranty period or within a reasonable time after purchase. Reach out to a lemon law attorney for a consultation to further discuss the specifics of your situation.

Understanding whether your vehicle qualifies under the lemon law involves assessing certain criteria:

  • Repeated Defects: The persistence of the same issue despite multiple repair attempts.
  • Safety Hazards: Defects that pose a significant risk to your safety.
  • Substantial Impairment: Defects that substantially impair the vehicle’s use, value, or safety.

If your vehicle meets these criteria, you might have a valid lemon law claim. Take the first step towards resolution by contacting H.C. Bradley for a complimentary consultation.
