Larger sellers can easily take advantage of consumers who aren’t well-versed in lemon law claim situations. When consumers voice their issues with a seller, they typically tell them that their problem is not a “substantial impairment of use, value or safety” and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange. This is a typical excuse sellers try to use to discourage you from submitting a lemon law claim. Our lemon law lawyers have experience communicating with these sellers and can be your advocate when it comes to submitting a claim in Indianapolis. Our team is proud to provide you with the knowledge and resources that you need to level the playing field.
